Last updated: September 21, 2026 · Early access — Business Services not yet launched
Rodwell HQ (“Provider”) may offer business and API access to the Realest conversational service (“Business Services”), including but not limited to programmatic API access, higher usage limits, and priority availability. Business Services carry the same unfiltered tone and mature language as the public Service. The specific scope for any customer will be defined in an order or statement of work referencing this Agreement.
Payments are coming soon — not currently charged. The core Realest chat remains free. If and when paid Business Services launch, fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be specified in the applicable order. No payment method will be charged without your explicit authorization.
Customer agrees to the same acceptable-use standards as the public Terms of Service: no illegal activity, no weapons-related use, no fraud or scams, nothing that harms people, nothing sexual involving minors, and no roasts or harassment directed at third parties. Customer is responsible for all use of the Business Services under its credentials. Provider may suspend access for violations.
While in early access, no uptime guarantees apply. Provider will make reasonable efforts to keep Business Services available but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance may occur with or without notice during early access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 if no fees were paid. Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This Agreement begins when Customer first uses Business Services and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days' written notice. Provider may terminate immediately for violation of acceptable use. Upon termination, access ends; accrued payment obligations survive.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other in connection with this Agreement, and to use it only to perform under this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
